I am pleased to share the (attached) details on a conference on causation in the law, hosted later this year by the University of Western Australia, Herbert Smith Freehills and the Australian Academy of Law.

The conference is in person at the Herbert Smith Freehills office in Perth, but can also be attended remotely. As you will see from the flyer, we are lucky to have attracted a remarkable line up of experts from the judiciary, the profession and the academy. I hope to see many of you there, either in person or remotely.
